And as the saying goes, "With great power comes great responsibility." Hence, the dilemma our human race will soon uncover.

Will AI be the great divider, or will AI be the great equalizer?

We believe it is up to us, the people.

Who Will "Own" AI?

Here's a fact: AI will advance humanity forward. This technology will amplify human productivity, creativity, and intelligence. The big question is: will it be owned by the few, who are already super powerful?

Or do we have a real shot at people owning equity in the AI system?

The AI ownership economy future is possible when AI infrastructure belongs to everyone.

Why We Exist

We want AI to give abundance to the people. AI will help tackle humanity's greatest challenges, from curing diseases to stopping climate change. It will unlock human potential in ways we've only imagined for future generations, but it is only beneficial if you have a stake in the system.

That's why we started with infrastructure. We call it "boring AI".

Our flagship product, autonomous optimization technology, delivers significant GPU performance improvements, making AI compute more energy efficient and with greater scalability.

Our goal for the first phase of our business is to solve the compute power and chip shortage problem. When we make compute power more accessible and affordable, brilliant researchers and daring startups worldwide have equal access to compute power, and the next breakthrough idea won't be limited by budget, resources, or network.

To date, we've self-funded everything. By not having investors early, we can hit the market, get capitalized, share our mission with the world, and build the next phase of our vision without compromise.

The risk is ours, so the choice remains ours.

But we're just getting started. We're creating a new model where people worldwide contribute to AI infrastructure and share in its benefits. Not as customers, but as owners, stakeholders, and co-creators.

We see researchers and entrepreneurs contributing to community-owned specialized AI models from anywhere in the world. Scientists discovering new medicines on an open network. Students building tomorrow's solutions with today's most powerful tools.

Democratizing access is not enough. We need to democratize ownership.

Here's the truth: we can only achieve these aspirations by recruiting the right experts and building a tribe that truly care about our mission. We may be self-funded now, but we need our community to take us to the next chapters of our journey.
